About the event
CSEC Connect 2026 is a regional cybersecurity conference dedicated to strengthening cyber resilience and structured cooperation among national CERT/CSIRT institutions in the Western Balkans. Hosted in Sarajevo, the conference brings together senior policymakers, national cybersecurity authorities, international organisations, diplomatic representatives, academia, and technical experts to exchange experience and address strategic and operational challenges in the evolving cyber landscape.
The 2026 edition is sponsored by the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and supported by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Sarajevo.
As digital threats continue to grow in complexity, regional cooperation and institutional coordination are more important than ever. CSEC Connect provides a platform for practical dialogue, knowledge exchange, and partnership-building across borders and sectors.
